Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager, Demand Generation to own end-to-end demand generation and marketing operations for our Enterprise SaaS Software business. You will drive multi-channel campaigns, ABM strategies, and management of Marketo and Salesforce integrations.

The role requires close collaboration with global marketing and commercial teams to deliver measurable pipeline contribution and ROI, manage budgets, and continuously optimize campaigns based on data.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
7-10 years of experience in Demand Generation and/or Marketing Operations in a B2B environment.
Hands-on experience owning/administering Marketo (or similar platform) and working knowledge of Salesforce/CRM data integration.
Demonstrated experience partnering with sales teams to generate qualified leads and support sales enablement processes.
Ability to travel domestically/internationally as needed (~20%).

Responsibilities

Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation and ABM campaigns to drive lead generation, pipeline growth, and revenue.
Partner with product marketing, content, and creative teams to develop messaging and assets across the buyer’s journey.
Collaborate with global growth and commercial teams to operationalise campaigns and ensure clear communication at all stages.
