Job summary

Ascend Learning seeks a Senior Demand Generation Manager to lead demand generation programs, align with Sales, and drive revenue growth. You will manage campaigns, analyze performance, and optimize the customer journey across hybrid and remote work environments from Burlington, MA or Leawood, KS.

You will collaborate with Product Marketing, Lifecycle, Growth, and Brand teams, and leverage HubSpot and other marketing tech to nurture leads and accelerate opportunities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in B2B demand generation roles
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into insights
• Ability to work in high accountability environments

Responsibilities

• Develop demand generation campaign strategies with Marketing leadership
• Analyze effectiveness of campaigns across channels and provide insights
• Optimize funnels and lead nurturing programs
• Collaborate with Sales on lead qualification and handoff
• Lead ABM strategies and integrated campaigns
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns on time
