Job summary

Hyland is seeking a Lead Demand Generation Manager to develop and execute integrated demand programs that drive pipeline growth across regions and market segments. You will partner with Sales, SDR, Product Marketing, and Field teams to align campaigns and optimize performance with data-driven decisions.

Key responsibilities include designing multi-channel demand plans, leveraging ABM and partner programs, and monitoring KPIs to continuously improve conversion and revenue impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 3+ years in demand generation.
• Proven success partnering with Sales to support pipeline and revenue goals.
• Experience designing integrated demand programs across digital channels and ABM.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute demand generation plans aligned to pipeline and revenue goals.
• Design and optimize campaigns across digital, ABM, webinars, nurture, and partner programs.
• Monitor pipeline health and campaign performance with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Sales, SDRs, and Partners to align demand activities with priorities.
• Work with Product Marketing and Campaigns teams to plan and execute integrated programs.
• Establish KPIs and drive continuous improvement through testing and data analysis.
