Job summary

Siro is seeking a Senior Manager of Demand Gen to scale qualified pipeline across Mid Market and Enterprise segments. You will own full-funnel demand generation from awareness to sales handoff, leading ABM programs designed for enterprise buyers with complex buying processes.

The role emphasizes cross-functional partnership with Sales, SDR, and RevOps, analytics-driven optimization, and leadership opportunities to build a demand generation team as the company scales.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of B2B demand generation experience in high-growth SaaS, focusing on Enterprise+ markets.
• Experience scaling demand gen programs from early stage to multi-hundred million pipeline.
• Deep ABM expertise including account tiering and personalized campaigns.
• Strong analytics, full-funnel reporting, ROI measurement able to present to executives.
• Proficient with marketing tools and AI-powered solutions for lead scoring and automation.
• Hands-on across paid, email/lifecycle, events, SEO and website optimization.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute account-driven GTM strategies to generate qualified pipeline for enterprise prospects.
• Design and run enterprise campaigns across email, paid, web, and outbound for longer sales cycles.
• Own end-to-end demand gen funnel from awareness to sales handoff and optimize conversion at each stage.
• Partner with Sales, SDR, and RevOps to align on prioritization, lead routing, and opportunity development.
• Lead a transition to enterprise GTM with executive visibility and potential team expansion.
• Report performance metrics to executive leadership.
