Relativity is seeking a senior marketer to own all inbound demand generation and marketing-led outbound for two products. You’ll drive trials and demos, manage the full funnel, and guide the CEO with data-driven investment decisions.

This high-autonomy role suits someone who can operate as a solo marketing function and deliver revenue outcomes. You’ll own the tech stack, channels, and reporting, collaborating with sales and customer success to optimize pipeline and long-term growth.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in demand generation or growth marketing at a B2B SaaS company.
• Solo or near-solo marketer who owned strategy and outcomes.
• Hands-on paid ownership with budget decisions and conversion tracking.
• Strong HubSpot proficiency across sequences, workflows, and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Define demand gen strategy across two products and drive trials and demos.
• Own paid search/social campaigns across Google, Microsoft, Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, OpenAI.
• Advise leadership on funnel health, ROI, and investment priorities.
• Build experiments and big bets to drive growth and revenue.
• Own Webflow site strategy, CMS updates, and new page launches.
• Develop SEO/AEO content strategy and manage content operations.
• Oversee contractors for SEO and social content production.
• Manage HubSpot as the system of record and lifecycle stages.
• Design onboarding, nurture, and marketing email sequences.
• Collaborate with sales and customer success on pipeline content and retention.
• Maintain and evolve marketing attribution; connect data to outcomes.
• Translate data from BigQuery/Looker/HubSpot/GA4 into leadership recommendations.
• Own martech stack and build AI workflows across the workflow.
