Job summary

Relativity is seeking a senior marketer to own demand generation for Gavel, including strategy, tech stack, channels, and reporting. You will drive trials and demo requests across two products, directly impacting pipeline and revenue in a high-autonomy role.

You’ll lead paid campaigns, content and SEO, lifecycle emails, and marketing tech integration, collaborating with sales and engineering to optimize ROI.

Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or a closely related B2B SaaS role.
• Experience as solo or near-solo marketer who owned strategy and outcomes.
• Hands-on paid ownership with budgets and bid decisions.
• Strong HubSpot proficiency across sequences, workflows, lifecycle, and reporting.
• Experience designing and executing SEO or content programs with measurable pipeline impact.
• Able to collaborate with engineering and data teams to build marketing infra and translate data into investment recommendations.
• AI tools as a core part of work to enable automation and faster output.
• Strong written communication for copy, briefs, and strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Define demand gen strategy across both products and own outcomes: trials, demos, CAC, ACV, LTV.
• Own and optimize paid search and paid social campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, OpenAI).
• Advise leadership on funnel health, channel ROI, and investment prioritization.
• Identify, build, and run experiments and big bets to drive growth with reporting.
• Own Webflow site strategy, CMS updates, and new page launches.
• Drive SEO/AEO content strategy and a hub for competitor comparisons and LLm citations.
• Lead editorial for two founder Substacks and bi-weekly newsletters.
• Oversee contractors for SEO/AEO and social content production.
• Own HubSpot as the system of record: lifecycle stages, routing, and lead flow.
• Design onboarding, nurture, and outbound email sequences across both products.
• Partner with sales and customer success on pipeline content and retention communications.
• Maintain marketing attribution model; translate data to clear leadership recommendations.
• Own martech stack and build AI workflows and automations.
