ApartmentIQ is seeking a Demand Generation Manager for MavenAI to own day-to-day programs that scale our data tools for multifamily marketing. You’ll work with Marketing Ops, Sales, and Product Marketing to drive expansion into new verticals and deliver measurable revenue impact.

You’ll manage digital, content, events, and ABM initiatives across multiple channels, collaborating closely with field teams to optimize campaigns and pipeline predictability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in B2B marketing focused on demand generation and customer acquisition.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth startups or tech companies.
• Deep tactical expertise in at least 2 growth channels and strong execution bias.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day demand gen and ABM programs to drive pipeline across key segments.
• Partner with GTM teams to build target account lists and full-funnel campaign plays.
• Test and optimize new channels, ad creatives, and audiences for growth.
• Collaborate with Web/Product Marketing to optimize landing pages and messaging.
• Track ROI, pipeline velocity, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
