Job summary

Relativity, the leading legal data intelligence company, is expanding the Gavel team with a high‑autonomy marketer who will own demand generation for both Gavel Workflows and Gavel Exec. You will build and run the playbook, manage strategy, tech stack, channels, and reporting, and advise leadership on where to invest to maximize pipeline and revenue.

This hybrid role places you as the solo marketing function for now, collaborating with sales, product, and engineering.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing at a B2B SaaS company
• Demonstrated solo/near‑solo marketer who owned strategy and outcomes
• Hands‑on paid ownership: managed campaigns, budgets, bids, tracking
• Strong HubSpot proficiency across sequences, workflows, and reporting
• Experience designing SEO or content programs with measurable pipeline impact
• Collaborates with engineering/data teams to build marketing infra and translate data
• AI fluency: uses AI tools to build automations and content
• Excellent written communication for briefs and strategic recommendations

Responsibilities

• Define the demand generation strategy across both products and own outcomes (trials, demos, CAC, ACV, LTV)
• Own and optimize paid search and paid social campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, OpenAI)
• Advise leadership on funnel health, ROI, and investment priorities
• Identify, build, and run experiments and big bets for growth
• Own Webflow site strategy, edits, CMS updates, and new pages
• Drive SEO/AEO content strategy and editorial operations for founder Substacks/newsletters
• Manage onboarding, nurture, and lifecycle email sequences in HubSpot
• Partner with sales and CS on pipeline content, outbound sequences, and retention
• Maintain attribution model and translate data into leadership recommendations
• Own martech stack and build AI workflows and automations
