Qualifikationen

• 7–10 years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing at a B2B SaaS company.
• A solo or near‑solo marketer who owns strategy and outcomes, not just execution.
• Hands‑on paid ownership with budget/bid decisions and conversion tracking knowledge.
• Strong HubSpot proficiency across sequences, workflows, lifecycle management, and reporting.
• Experience designing SEO or content programs with measurable pipeline impact.
• Comfortable collaborating with engineering and data teams to build marketing infrastructure.
• AI fluency: using AI tools to build automations, produce content, analyze data.

Aufgaben

• Define demand generation strategy across both products and own trials, demos, CAC, ACV, LTV.
• Own and optimize paid search and paid social campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, OpenAI).
• Advise leadership on funnel health, channel ROI, and investment priorities.
• Identify, build, and run experiments and big bets for growth, from hypothesis to reporting.
• Own Webflow site strategy, CMS updates, and new page launches.
• Define and drive SEO/AEO content strategy and oversee SEO contractors.
• Run editorial operations for Substacks and bi‑weekly newsletters.
• Partner with sales and customer success on pipeline content and retention communications.
• Maintain and evolve the marketing attribution model with cross‑functional data.
