This AI-first role blends strategy with hands-on execution across paid media, AI tooling, and organic discovery, working closely with the SVP of Marketing to hit a defined enterprise pipeline target.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Demand Generation or Growth Marketing in B2B SaaS/enterprise AI.
• Strong AI tooling experience and automation in campaigns.
• Proven ability to own an enterprise pipeline end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition across search, social, display, and digital ABM to optimize pipeline and payback.
• Manage agency partners, drive performance, and scale campaigns efficiently.
• Lead SEO and AI-driven discovery across major search/AI engines with technical SEO.
• Own model strategy to boost brand visibility and citations across AI engines.
• Build AI-powered automation for enrichment, personalization, research, and execution.
• Oversee CRO and lifecycle nurture to improve MQL → SQL → Opportunity conversions.
