Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Delivery Solutions Architect (DSA) to join our Field Engineering team. This hybrid role combines technical leadership with commercial acumen to accelerate value realization for our customers.

You will lead post-sale strategy, own multi-use-case delivery, and coordinate with Professional Services and engineering to drive onboarding, go-live, and adoption across large organizations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience accountable for technical project delivery in Data and AI.
• Programming experience in Python, SQL, or Scala.
• Experience in a customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting role.
• Understanding of solution architecture related to distributed data systems.
• Ability to travel up to 30% when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the post-technical win strategy and execution plan for 주요 use cases across strategic accounts.
• Be the accountable technical leader for specific use cases and customers across multiple teams.
• Coordinate with Shared Services, Onboarding/Technical Services, PS resources to design tasks.
• Develop plans to move key use cases from win to production and drive adoption.
