Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering technical projects in Data/AI.
• Experience in customer-facing roles.
• Understanding of distributed data systems.
• Ability to map business value to deliverables.
• Strong program and stakeholder management.
• Experience with escalation handling at senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-technical account strategy and execution.
• Be the primary technical lead across Databricks products.
• Coordinate with PS and other resources to deliver engagements.
• Communicate status updates and KPI reporting to Technical GM.
