Job summary

Databricks Inc. is seeking a Delivery Solutions Architect (DSA) to lead post-sales technical strategy and customer success for landmark data and AI use cases.

You will collaborate with sales, field engineering, and professional services to accelerate adoption of the Databricks Platform across complex accounts. You will act as the post-sale technical lead across Databricks products, guiding executives and technical teams to production, adoption, and value realization while managing engagements

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience delivering technical projects within Data and AI
• Experience in customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting
• Understanding of distributed data systems and how to attribute business value to deliverables
• Technical program or project management including stakeholder and resource management accountability
• Experience resolving escalations with senior customer executives
• Ability to conduct discovery workshops and create strategic roadmaps

Responsibilities

• Engage with Solutions Architects to understand demand plans for prioritised customers
• Lead post-technical win account strategy and execution for multiple use cases
• Serve as the accountable technical leader across multiple teams and ensure onboarding, enablement, and go-live success
• Be the first contact for technical issues related to production/go-live status
• Coordinate with Shared Services, Onboarding/Technical Services, and PS to build tasks beyond scope
• Develop execution plans covering all customer-facing technical activities across workstreams
• Drive product adoption and governance through KPI reporting to leadership
