Qualifications

• Requires 7+ years delivering technical projects in Data & AI domains (customer-facing).
• Strong Python/SQL/Scala programming skills and experience communicating with executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-sale technical strategy and execution for top use cases across multiple teams.
• Be the accountable technical leader across use cases, enabling onboarding, adoption, and go-live.
• Coordinate with Professional Services and Product/Engineering for new features and upgrades.
• Provide KPI updates and governance on customer health and investment status.
