Job summary

World Wide Technology (WWT) is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end software delivery for customer engagements within our Solutions Consulting & Engineering group. You will partner with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely, on-budget delivery of high-quality software solutions while guiding agile practices and continuous improvement.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate business needs into technology strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degre or a combination of education, training and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• A minimum of 8 years' progressive experience in a Delivery Manager role or similar supporting application and software projects within a Professional Services and/or Managed Services environment
• Deep knowledge of Agile and primary frameworks of Scrum, Kanban, XP, and SAFe.
• Servant Leadership: Motivates others' success through supportive leadership and indirect influence.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate business relationships with customers and internal leaders to align on objectives.
• Ensure delivery teams meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets.
• Own engagement financial performance and create/ manage change orders and invoices.
• Advise clients on markets, strategies, and operating environments to drive growth.
• Translate business needs into enterprise IT solutions and product roadmaps.
• Apply agile engineering best practices across the development lifecycle to maximize value.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Negotiate outcomes with customers and teams to achieve win-win results.
• Drive growth of the WWT Application Services business by identifying opportunities and coordinating with sales teams.
• Lead clear, structured communications across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
