World Wide Technology is seeking a Delivery Manager for its Solutions Consulting & Engineering team. You will define, develop, and deliver solutions that delight customers, coordinating cross-functional teams and aligning delivery with stakeholder business objectives.

You will work to grow the Applications Services business, manage delivery plans, and communicate status to leadership. A strong focus on customer outcomes and leadership will be essential in this role.

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: Cultivate business relationships with customers (from C-Suite to IT development leaders) and internal WWT leaders.
• Service Delivery Excellence: Ensure delivery teams complete incidents/tasks/changes on time with high quality; provide technical and business support; act as escalation point.
