Job summary

World Wide Technology (WWT) seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale infrastructure programs. This role serves as the primary bridge between internal teams and client stakeholders, driving delivery excellence from initiation through completion in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate multi-functional teams, manage scope, risk, and finances, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining high customer satisfaction and strategic alignment with business

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Technical Infrastructure Project Manager.
• Experience in a Professional Services or Managed Services environment is required (external customer facing projects).
• Networking, Storage, Virtualization, Cloud, Security, or Collaboration PM experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple large complex projects.
• Create in-depth WBS with interdependencies and defined critical path.
• Develop and execute internal and external communication strategies for all management levels.
• Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders.
• Build and strengthen relationships with customer and stakeholders.
• Manage resource plans for portfolio across projects.
• Ensure profitable and timely execution of all engagements.
