Job summary

World Wide Technology (WWT) is hiring an Associate Client Solutions Director to own delivery assurance for client automation engagements. You will liaise with customers, engineers, project managers, and internal teams to bring automation capabilities to life and ensure value delivery throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires 7–10+ years of program delivery experience, strong Agile and Scrum knowledge, and a track record of successful automation initiatives. Travel up to 30% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, MIS, or similar.
• 7–10+ years leading project or program delivery.
• PMP or Scrum Master certification preferred; none strictly required.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of automation engagements, track milestones and forecast progress.
• Manage contract deliverables per SOW timelines.
• Serve as primary customer contact during project execution.
• Define success metrics and monitor progress with the customer.
• Coordinate with internal teams to adopt new automation capabilities.
• Maintain team health and staffing with Performance Managers.
• Oversee project budget, expenses, and forecast.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication between delivery teams and leadership.
