Job summary

EY is seeking a Deal Architect in the Strategic Pricing & Insights Group to lead financial, commercial, and competitive strategy for EY’s most strategic opportunities. You will shape pricing models, develop competitive business cases, and guide teams through EY’s cost-to-serve and value storytelling to maximize margins and reduce risk.

You will support client-facing materials, negotiation prep, and cross-functional collaboration in a global, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in professional services, pricing and commercials, strategy consulting, or contract management.
• Proficiency in financial modelling, accounting, budgeting, and related metrics.
• Experience designing and structuring deals across consulting and managed services.
• Strong pursuit management, relationship management, and executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and refine offer design, pricing approach, and commercial strategy to improve competitiveness and win probability.
• Assess proposed price points against market benchmarks and client value drivers.
• Challenge solution design using competitive intelligence to strengthen differentiation and value for client and EY.
• Design commercial structures aligned to client value while ensuring EY returns are appropriate.
• Translate complex commercial, financial, and risk considerations into a clear narrative for governance and executives.
