Job summary

EY is seeking a Deal Architect in the Strategic Pricing & Insights Group to lead financial and commercial strategy for EY’s most strategic opportunities. You will shape pricing methodologies, structure deals, and guide teams through competitive analysis and value-based business cases.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, use AI tools to accelerate research and decision-making, and contribute to client-facing materials while supporting negotiations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in professional services, pricing or strategy
• Expert financial modelling & budgeting knowledge
• Proven deal design and structuring experience
• Strong pursuit management and executive presence
• Ability to operate in fast-moving, complex environments
• Proficient written and verbal communication
• Ability to travel
• Bachelor’s Degree (required)
• MBA or advanced degree (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine offer design, pricing approach and commercial strategy
• Assess price points against market benchmarks and client value
• Challenge solution design to improve differentiation and client value
• Design commercial structures aligned to client value and EY risk
• Translate complex commercial concepts into compelling narratives for stakeholders
• Develop client-facing financial and commercial materials and support negotiations
