Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in professional services, pricing and commercials, strategy consulting or related.
• Proficiency in financial modelling, accounting and budgeting.
• Track record designing and structuring deals with various pricing strategies.
• Strong pursuit and relationship management with executive presence.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-moving pursuit environments and communicate well.
• Experience using generative AI tools as analytical partners.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and refine offer design, pricing approach, and commercial strategy to improve competitiveness.
• Assess EY’s price points against market benchmarks and client value drivers.
• Use competitive intelligence to strengthen solution design and differentiation.
• Design commercial structures aligned to client value and EY risk profile.
• Drive opportunities through EY governance framework and executive narrative.
• Contribute to client-facing financial and commercial materials and negotiation prep.
