Job summary

Salesforce, inc. seeks several Pre-Sales Solution Engineers to join the Informatica Pre-Sales Solution Engineering team. You will provide technical sales partnership, align solutions to customer vision, and support the sales cycle with demos, workshops, and architectural guidance.

Travel up to 50% and flexible hours are expected. You will collaborate with product teams and customers to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes, shaping Proofs of Concept and ensuring customer

Qualifications

• 4–8 years in data integration, MDM, or data governance.
• 5+ years of presales/technical sales, industry, or consulting experience.
• Basic knowledge of hybrid deployment, DWH, DB, and BI concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead up to delivery of customer demos including discovery, fit, and presentations.
• Respond to RFIs/RFPs and related customer communications.
• Manage customer engagements with minimal direct support.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Product Marketing to improve Informatica products and messaging.
• Share best practices and tips within the area of responsibility.
• Maintain relevant certifications for the area of focus.
• Partner with Customer Success on technical advisory and workshops.
• Support demos at marketing events as needed.
