Salesforce, Inc. is seeking several Pre-Sales Solution Engineers to join our Informatica Pre-Sales Solution Engineering team.

You will provide technical sales partnership, align solutions to customer vision, and support the sales cycle with discovery, demos, and workshops. The Experience Salesforce is looking for several Pre-Sales Solution Engineers to join our dedicated Informatica Pre-Sales Solution Engineering team, who are instrumental to Informatica's growth.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years in data integration, MDM, or data governance.
• 5+ years in presales / technical sales, industry, or consulting.
• Knowledge of software deployment, data warehousing, databases, or BI concepts.
• Familiarity with INFA platform(s).
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders and tailor demos to use cases.

Responsabilités

• Lead customer discovery, qualification, and standard demos before delivery.
• Respond to RFI/RFP documents and create compelling customer presentations.
• Manage customer engagements independently.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Product Marketing.
• Deliver technical workshops and provide architectural recommendations.
• Share best practices within area of responsibility.
• Stay current on service certifications.
• Partner with CSM on nurture activities.
• Provide customer feedback on product gaps via Vivun demos.
