Job summary

Digitas, the Networked Experience Agency, seeks a Senior Analyst in Boston to analyze massive data sets, generate insights, and translate them into strategic recommendations for client campaigns across brand and acquisition efforts.

You will build measurement plans, report performance, and collaborate with internal teams and partners to drive growth through data-driven marketing and emerging tools.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of analytics or strategy experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Passion for digital marketing and emerging trends.
• Experience communicating with internal and external stakeholders at various levels.
• Fluency with Excel (pivot tables and vlookups) and/or SQL or Tableau.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL·E, Midjourney) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Instituting frameworks across project lifecycles, including measurement plans and performance reporting.
• Diving into large data sets, uncovering insights, and providing actionable recommendations.
• Connecting data across channels to provide a holistic view of marketing efforts.
• Communicating with clients regularly on delivered outputs and requests.
