Job summary

Digitas, part of Publicis Groupe, is seeking an Associate Director to guide teams in driving strategic, data-driven growth for client campaigns, site optimization, and testing strategies.

You’ll partner with client and internal teams to implement data frameworks, expand work scope, and evaluate new data opportunities, while mentoring a team and fostering a collaborative environment.

This role emphasizes strong analytics, digital data tech, and staying ahead of trends in online advertising.

Qualifications

• 7-9 years of analytics or strategy experience in an advertising setting.
• Strong client relationships and cross-team project management.
• Experience managing a team.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Familiar with modern statistical learning methods.
• Knowledge of digital data technologies (DMPs, GA, tagging).
• Four-year degree; advanced degree a plus.
• Passion for online advertising and trends; able to thrive in fast pace.

Responsibilities

• Partner with client and internal teams to implement data frameworks and marketing strategies.
• Expand client work with recommended approaches and scope.
• Evaluate new online and offline data opportunities and technologies.
• Foster data-driven thinking across Marketing activities (Media, Creative, CRM, eCommerce).
• Ensure efficient project execution and best-practice adoption.
