Qualifications

• 4+ years designing, developing and launching backend systems at scale.
• Experience with cloud-based data infrastructure and distributed systems.
• Bachelor degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Own quarterly goals for the team and guide engineers through ambiguity.
• Collaborate with product, design, and analytics across the lifecycle.
• Identify and lead solutions to project, process or tech issues.
• Maintain operations and availability of team artifacts and on-call efforts.
• Promote code review standards and robust design practices across teams.
• Provide mentorship and grow talent on the team.
