Jobgether is partnering with a US-based company to hire a Manager, Data Engineering for a fully remote role. You will lead a team of five+ engineers, shaping an enterprise data platform with lakehouse architectures and data governance.

Responsibilities include delivering reliable pipelines, establishing CI/CD, and guiding stakeholders through architectural decisions. Strong Databricks/Spark experience is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software or data engineering, with 2+ years in leadership.
• Hands-on with lakehouse platforms and data pipelines in production.
• Deep experience with Medallion architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold).

Responsabilités

• Lead and grow a data engineering team of at least five engineers.
• Translate data architecture strategy into roadmaps and backlogs.
• Oversee CI/CD, data governance, and operational runbooks.
• Ensure secure, observable, and reliable pipelines across lakehouse layers.
• Collaborate with data architects, business partners, and stakeholders.
