You will translate data architecture strategy into roadmaps, oversee CI/CD, data governance, and modern lakehouse implementations, driving reliable, scalable pipelines and analytics capabilities.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in data/ software engineering, 2+ years in technical leadership, and deep Databricks/Spark/Delta Lake

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of at least five data engineers by overseeing hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, coaching, professional development, and accountability.
