Job summary

EH Group is expanding into the US with a focus on turnkey fuel cell power platforms for data centers, defense, and industry. The Senior Solutions Engineer will lead site planning, technical design, and proposal writing for large-scale, multi-party projects.

The role is Houston-based with travel to customer sites, partners, and the Swiss HQ. You will set design standards, develop templates, and build a scalable content library, while coordinating with customers, EPCs, gas suppliers, and financing

Qualifications

• Must hold an engineering degree (mechanical, electrical, chemical or civil) with 8+ years of engineering practice.
• Strong hands‑on CAD skills; able to produce drawings in current tools.
• Data center or industrial power design experience and understanding of power systems.

Responsibilities

• Own site planning: layout, footprint, interconnections, and siting.
• Own technical design: CAD models, system arrangement, interfaces, and compliance mapping.
• Own technical proposal writing: responses to RFPs/RFIs and contract sections.
• Coordinate with customer, EPC, utility, gas supplier, and financing advisors.
• Develop templates, reference layouts, and a scalable content library for proposals.
