EH Group is hiring a Senior Solutions Engineer in Houston, TX, focused on site planning, technical design and proposal writing for data-center scale projects. You will coordinate with customers, EPCs, gas suppliers and financing partners, shaping how our PEM systems fit into complex site plans and bankable proposals.

In this first-hire role you will set templates, design standards and a reusable content library, while building reference layouts and assisting the engineering team in Switzerland.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree and 8+ years of engineering practice.
• Strong hands-on CAD skills with ability to produce drawings.
• Data center or industrial power design experience.
• Customer-facing track record in technical discussions.
• Strong technical writing for proposals and RFIs.
• Comfort coordinating with customers, EPCs, utilities and financiers.
• Houston-based or willing to relocate; US work authorization.
• Existing authorization to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Lead site planning with customers and EPCs, determining layout, clearances and interconnections.
• Own CAD models and technical drawings for opportunities; manage reformer integration.
• Map customer specs to our tech, produce a compliance view and deviations.
• Size and configure systems to load, redundancy, and availability targets.
• Own technical interfaces: electrical tie-in, cooling, gas/hydrogen interfaces.
• Write technical proposals and respond to RFIs/RFPs; manage due diligence.
• Build a proposal library and content system to accelerate future bids.
• Provide technical inputs for customer financial models and capex/opex build-up.
