Job summary

EH Group is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to own site planning, technical design and proposal writing for data-center power projects in the United States. You will lead CAD modeling, map customer specs to our PEM systems, and coordinate with EPCs, utilities and financiers to ensure bankable solutions.

Based in Houston, TX, you will travel to client sites, partners and our Swiss HQ, building templates and a library to scale the function as we grow. Relocation support is available.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required with 8+ years of engineering practice.
• Strong CAD skills and ability to produce drawings.
• Data center or industrial power design experience.
• Customer-facing track record and technical writing skills.
• Experience coordinating with multiple external parties.

Responsibilities

• Lead site planning with customers and EPCs, including layouts and interconnections.
• Own CAD models, technical drawings, and reformer integration.
• Map customer specs to our technology and produce a compliance view.
• Size systems to load, redundancy and availability targets.
• Write clear technical proposals and respond to RFPs/RFIs.
• Build a scalable content library and templates for future bids.
