EH Group is hiring a Senior Solutions Engineer in Houston to lead site planning, technical design and proposal writing for data center customers and partners. You will own layouts, interconnections and CAD models, aligning requirements across EPCs, gas suppliers and financing partners.

The role is based in Houston with travel to customer sites, partners and our Swiss HQ. You will shape templates, design standards and a scalable proposal library for future growth.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree and 8+ years of engineering practice.
• Strong hands-on CAD skills and ability to produce drawings.
• Data center or industrial power design experience.
• Customer-facing track record in technical environments.
• Strong technical writing for external audiences.
• Comfort coordinating across customer, EPC, utility, gas suppliers and financiers.
• Houston-based or willing to relocate to Houston.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Lead site planning with customers and EPCs, layout, interconnection points and siting.
• Own CAD models, technical drawings, system arrangement and interfaces.
• Draft technical proposals and responses to RFIs/RFPs and contract questionnaires.
• Coordinate with multiple external parties and feed requirements into product roadmap.
• Develop templates, reference layouts and a scalable content library for the function.
