EH Energy in Houston seeks a Senior Solutions Engineer to lead site planning, technical design and proposal writing for data center power projects. You will craft layouts, interconnections and design compliance for diligence, while collaborating with EPCs, gas suppliers and financiers.

This is the first hire in a growing function; you’ll set templates, reference layouts and a content library, and help scale the process. Travel to customer sites and the Swiss HQ will be part of the role.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree and 8+ years engineering practice.
• Hands-on CAD skills with ability to produce drawings.
• Experience in data center or industrial power design.
• Customer-facing experience in technical rooms with clients.
• Strong technical writing for external audiences.
• Experience coordinating with multiple external parties (customer, EPC, utility, financer).
• Based in or willing to relocate to Houston, US work authorization.

Responsabilités

• Own site planning with customers and EPCs, including layout, interconnections and constructability.
• Lead technical design: CAD models, reformer integration, balance of plant interfaces.
• Write technical proposals, respond to RFPs/RFIs, and prepare sections of term sheets.
• Develop templates, reference layouts and a library to scale the function.
• Engage in technical due diligence with customers and financing partners.
