EH Group is hiring a Senior Solutions Engineer in Houston, TX to lead site planning, technical design, and proposal writing for data center-powered solutions. You will draft layouts, ensure design fit with EPCs, utilities, and financing partners, and own the technical proposal process.

You will shape templates, reference layouts, and a content library, while aligning with engineering teams in Switzerland. This is the first hire in a growing function and requires 8+ years in engineering and US

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required with 8+ years of engineering practice.
• Strong hands-on CAD skills and ability to produce drawings in current tools.
• Data center or industrial power design experience and understanding of power systems.
• Customer-facing track record working with paying customers.
• Strong technical writing abilities for external-facing documents (RFPs, proposals).
• Comfort coordinating across multiple external parties (customer, EPC, utility, financing).
• Willingness to relocate to Houston and based in Houston.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Site planning with customer and EPC on layout, interconnections and siting.
• Own CAD models, technical drawings, and system interfaces for opportunities.
• Map customer specs to our technology and produce a compliance view.
• Configure systems to load profiles, redundancy, and availability targets.
• Own technical interfaces (electrical tie-in, cooling, controls, gas/hydrogen).
• Provide technical inputs for product roadmap from recurring design constraints.
