EH Group seeks a Senior Solutions Engineer in Houston to lead site planning, technical design, and proposal writing for data center power solutions. You will work with customers, EPCs, gas suppliers, and financing partners to create bankable projects.

You will own templates, design standards, and a library of technical content, ensuring the function scales and aligns with EH Group’s global engineering efforts, including coordination with our Swiss HQ.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required and 8+ years of engineering practice.
• Proven CAD skills with ability to produce drawings.
• Experience with data center or industrial power design and development.
• Customer-facing track record in technical environments.
• Strong technical writing for external audiences.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple external parties.

Responsabilités

• Own site planning with customer and EPC, overseeing layout, clearances, interconnections, and siting.
• Supervise CAD models, technical drawings, and system interfaces.
• Map customer specs to EH Group technology, produce a compliant view.
• Size and configure systems to load, outages, and reliability targets.
• Own technical proposals and responses to RFPs/RFIs and contract tech sections.
• Build and maintain a reusable proposal library and content system.
