Job summary

EH Group is expanding its US presence with a Senior Solutions Engineer based in Houston, TX. You will lead site planning, technical design, and the creation of bankable technical proposals for data centers and related industries.

This is a hands-on, multi‑party role requiring close collaboration with EPCs, utilities, gas suppliers, and financing partners. You will own templates and standards, drive a scalable proposal library, and ensure designs meet customer load, redundancy, and reliability

Qualifications

Must have engineering degree and 8+ years of engineering practice.
Strong hands-on CAD skills with current tools.
Data center or industrial power design and development experience.
Customer-facing track record in technical environments.
Strong technical writing abilities for external audiences.
Comfort coordinating with multiple external parties (customer, EPC, utility, financing).
Houston-based or willing to relocate to Houston; existing US work authorization.

Responsibilities

Site planning with customers and EPCs, aligning layouts, clearances, interconnections, and siting.
Supervise CAD models, system arrangement, and balance of plant interfaces.
Map customer specs to EH Group technology, produce a compliance view and deviations as needed.
Size/configure systems to load, redundancy, and availability targets.
Own technical interfaces: electrical tie-in, cooling/heat recovery, controls, and gas/hydrogen side.
