Job summary

EH Group is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer in Houston to lead site planning, technical design, and proposal writing for data center projects. You will own CAD models and coordinate with EPCs, utilities, and financing partners.

You will map customer specs to EH Group technology, develop reference layouts, and build a scalable content library. Ideal candidates have 8+ years in engineering, strong CAD skills, and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in mechanical, electrical, chemical, or civil fields.
• 8+ years of engineering experience, client-facing preferred.
• Strong CAD skills; able to produce drawings in current tools.
• Experience in data center or industrial power design and development.
• Proven track record working with customers, EPCs, utilities, and financiers.
• Houston-based or willing to relocate to Houston; US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Lead site planning, technical design, and proposal writing for data center projects.
• Own CAD models and technical drawings for opportunities.
• Map customer specs to EH Group technology and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate across customers, EPCs, utilities, and financing partners.
• Develop templates, reference layouts, and a scalable content library.
• Deliver technically solid responses to RFPs and RFIs.
