EH Group in Houston is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to lead site planning, technical design and proposal writing for data center and industrial power projects. You will be the technical lead in front of customers, EPCs and partners, translating requirements into repeatable, bankable designs and compelling proposals.

Based in Houston with travel to sites and our Swiss HQ, you will set templates, standards and a scalable library, while coordinating with engineering teams across functions

Qualifications

• Engineering degree and 8+ years engineering practice.
• Strong hands-on CAD skills and ability to produce drawings.
• Data center or industrial power design experience.
• Customer-facing track record with external stakeholders.
• Strong technical writing for proposals and RFPs.

Responsabilités

• Lead site planning with customer and EPC on layout, clearances, interconnection points.
• Own CAD models, system arrangement, and balance of plant interfaces.
• Map customer specs to our technology and produce a compliance view.
• Size and configure systems to load, redundancy, and availability targets.
• Write technical proposals and respond to RFPs and questionnaires.
• Build a reusable proposal library and feed content into product roadmap.
