QTS Data Centers is seeking a Senior Development Project Manager (Retrofit Data Center Construction) to lead design, preconstruction, and construction activities across campus projects in a fast-paced environment. You will coordinate with Facilities, Contractors, Designers, Engineers, and Operations to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to budgets.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial construction delivery (Lump Sum, CMAR, or Design-Build), strong MS Office skills, and a willingness

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Five+ years of professional experience in commercial construction practices and procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint for updates; Excel for budgets).
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, preconstruction and construction activities for projects.
• Maintain budgets, schedules, and status reports for multiple campuses.
• Create executive-level program updates and present them for decision making.
• Develop base-build programs and campus design solutions with stakeholders.
• Manage entitlements, permits, and procurement; cost estimates.
