QTS Data Centers seeks a Senior Development Project Manager to lead design, preconstruction and construction for data center projects. You will coordinate with facilities, contractors, designers, engineers, and operations staff, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery across multiple campuses.

The role requires 5+ years in commercial construction, experience with budgets and schedules, and proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel for executive updates. Travel may be required to sites as needed.

Formación

• Strong written and oral communication skills for regular executive-level updates.
• Ability to travel as needed for the business.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage design, preconstruction and construction activities on projects.
• Maintain updated budgets, schedules, and status reports for each campus project.
• Create master development program and capital budget for sites.
• Manage permits and entitlement needs for assigned sites.
• Collaborate with design, procurement and construction teams to deliver campus design solutions.
