QTS Realty Trust is seeking a Senior Development Project Manager to lead retrofit data center construction, coordinating design, preconstruction and construction activities. You will manage budgets, schedules and executive updates while collaborating with Facilities, Contractors, Engineers and Vendors.

The role requires building strong stakeholder relationships, managing multiple sites, and guiding entitlement and permitting processes to deliver high-quality data center campuses on time and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent.
• Five+ years of professional experience in commercial construction practices and procedures.
• Experience using Microsoft Office (PowerPoint for updates, Excel for budgets).
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, preconstruction and construction activities across projects.
• Create monthly updates for executive reviews and status reporting.
• Develop base-build program with stakeholders, including budget and schedules.
• Manage entitlement, permitting and site development plans with cross-functional teams.
