QTS Data Centers is seeking a Development Project Manager to lead retrofit data center construction projects from design through closeout. You will manage budgets, schedules, and stakeholders across multiple campuses, ensuring on-time delivery and compliance with scope.

The role requires 5+ years in commercial construction with CM@Risk or Design-Build experience, and strong proficiency in MS Office. Travel up to 25% may be required across sites.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Five or more years of professional experience in commercial construction practices and procedures, including Lump Sum, CM@R, and Design Build delivery methods.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint for updates to executives; Excel for budgets).
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage design, preconstruction, and construction activities on retrofit data center projects.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and status reports for multiple campus projects.
• Create and present program updates for executive reviews.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, design teams, and contractors to develop master development plans.
• Review and approve change orders and submittals; ensure adherence to scope and budgets.
