Job summary

QTS Data Centers in the United States is seeking a Senior Development Project Manager (Data Center Construction Design) to lead design, preconstruction and construction activities on complex campuses. You will interact with Facilities, Contractors, Designers, Engineers, Commissioning Agents, Vendors, and Data Center Operations staff, ensuring clear communication and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in commercial construction and project delivery methods.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office for executive updates.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple campus projects with budgets and schedules.
• Provide monthly executive updates on program status.
• Develop master development program and capital budget for sites.
• Oversee entitlements and permits for sites.
• Lead multi-phase site development to meet time, budget, quality.
