Job summary

QTS Data Centers seeks a Senior Development Project Manager to lead design, preconstruction, and construction activities on campus projects. You will coordinate with Facilities, Contractors, Designers, Engineers, and Operations staff to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Science/Engineering, 5+ years of construction management experience (Lump Sum, CM @ Risk, Design Build), and travel up to 25%. US citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Five or more years of professional experience in commercial construction practices and procedures, including Lump Sum, CM@Risk, and Design Build.
• Experience with Microsoft Office for program updates and budgets; ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple campus development projects with budgets, schedules, and status reports.
• Create monthly development program and project status updates for executive reviews.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, design and construction teams to develop a master development program and capital budget.
