Job summary

QTS Realty Trust seeks a Senior Development Project Manager (Data Center Construction OFCI) to lead design, preconstruction, and construction activities on multiple campus projects. You will coordinate with Facilities, Contractors, Designers, and Data Center Operations to manage budgets, schedules, and executive-level updates.

The role requires at least five years of construction management experience, a BS in Science/Engineering, and strong proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Five or more years of professional experience in commercial construction practices and procedures, including management of Lump Sum, Construction Management @ Risk, and Design Build project delivery methods.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office for program updates and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects on a campus(es) with updated budgets, schedules, and status reports.
• Create and communicate monthly updates for executive reviews.
• Collaborate with design and construction teams to develop a master development program and budget.
