Job summary

QTS Realty Trust seeks a Development Program Manager to lead design, pre-construction and construction across campuses. You will coordinate with Facilities, Contractors, Designers, Engineers and Data Center Operations to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of complex data center projects.

The role requires a Bachelor's in science/engineering or equivalent, 8+ years in commercial construction, and strong MS Office skills; travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Eight or more years of commercial construction experience with various delivery methods.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, esp. PowerPoint and Excel for program updates and budgeting.
• Travel up to 50% may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple campus projects with budgets, schedules and status reports.
• Create monthly development and project status updates for executives.
• Lead design, pre-construction and construction activities with stakeholders.
• Develop master development programs, entitlements and site plans.
• Review pay apps and change orders; manage site safety and security.
