Quality Technology Services, LLC is seeking a Senior Development Project Engineer (Data Center Construction) to assist with design, preconstruction and construction activities on multiple projects. You'll interact with Facilities, Contractors, Designers, Engineers, and Operations staff to drive timely, budget-conscious outcomes.

Responsibilities include supporting development leadership, maintaining budgets, schedules, and status reports, and coordinating with design and procurement teams to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent professional experience.
• Five or more years of professional experience in commercial construction practices and procedures.
• Experience with MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel for updates and budgets.
• US Citizenship required by law due to federal contracts.

Responsibilities

• Assist Development leadership and Project Manager with day-to-day activities and responsibilities.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and status reports for multiple campus projects.
• Prepare monthly development program and project status updates for executives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on campus design solutions and capital budgets.
• Support entitlement and permitting needs for site projects.
• Contribute to design, construction, and commissioning service scopes and procurement.
• Evaluate pricing proposals for design, construction, and commissioning services.
• Coordinate with procurement on equipment procurement and delivery.
