Quality Technology Services, LLC is seeking a Senior Development Project Engineer (Data Center Construction) in Fayetteville, GA. You will assist with design, preconstruction and construction activities, coordinating with Facilities, Contractors, Designers, and Operations staff to drive on-time, on-budget data center projects.

The role requires a technical degree and 5+ years in commercial construction, with strong communication and budgeting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent experience.
• Five+ years of professional experience in commercial construction practices and procedures.
• Strong MS Office skills for executive updates and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Assist Development leadership and Project Manager with day-to-day activities.
• Maintain budgets, schedules, and status reports for multiple projects.
• Coordinate master development program and capital budget with stakeholders.
• Support entitlement and permitting and procurement processes.
• Review schedules, cost-to-date, and change orders; support site security.
