Quality Technology Services, LLC is seeking a Senior Development Project Manager (Data Center Construction) to lead design, preconstruction, and construction efforts on multiple data center projects. You will coordinate with Facilities, Contractors, Designers, Engineers, and Operations staff to drive on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires strong communication, program management, and stakeholder collaboration, with opportunities to influence campus master plans and capital budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent professional experience required.
• Five+ years of professional experience in commercial construction and related project delivery methods.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel for executive updates and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects across campuses with budgets, schedules and status reports.
• Develop and present development program updates for executive reviews.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to create master development programs and budgets.
