Job summary

QTS Realty Trust is seeking a Development Sr. Project Manager (Data Center Construction MEPR) to lead design, pre-construction and construction on campus projects. You will work daily with Facilities, Contractors, Designers, Engineers, and Operations teams to deliver on-time, within-budget programs.

You’ll manage multi-phase development plans, prepare executive-level updates, and influence capital budgets. Strong communication and leadership are essential as you coordinate with stakeholders and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in science, engineering, or related field.
• Five+ years of professional construction experience with Lump Sum, CM@Risk, or Design-Build.
• Experience creating and presenting program updates to executives using PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, pre-construction, and construction activities on multiple campus projects.
• Maintain budgets, schedules, and status reports for each project.
• Develop master development programs and capital budgets with stakeholders.
• Review pay applications and change orders with contractors; ensure timely completion.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams on site deals within budget and schedule.
